Joe Harris Kari Events and Event Styling provides Event Planning and Management Services including Event Styling specifically designed to reflect your personal taste & distinctive style. We work closely with our clients to customize each event & provide services. From planning to executing, we are there every step of the way to ensure that your event is seamless and enjoyable.
FULL EVENT PLANNING (6 months to 1 year/or more than 1 year preparations)
This package was created especially for the busy client’s who do not have the time to handle all of the overwhelming details. We will handle all the legworks so that you can relax & enjoy the planning process. With your personal style & unique vision in mind, we become your very own personal assistant recommending reputable vendors, accompanying your appointments, reviewing & negotiating contracts,& assisting in overall design aspect of the extraordinary event. We will coordinate & call a meeting with the suppliers & service providers for final coordination, conduct rehearsals & provide event program and its details, timetable, event program musical score,& script.We check and ensure proper set-up of event site,& execute on-site tasks.
EVENT PLANNING/COORDINATION (3-6 months preparation)
This package offers guidance & direction through the planning process but allows the client to carry out the details & make the arrangements. Included in this package are unlimited consultations & professional advice, budget management, vendor & service provider referrals ,development of style, customs & traditions,& everything included in on the event day management package to ensure the client’s stay organized. We will coordinate & call a meeting with the suppliers & service providers for final coordination, conduct rehearsals &, provide event program & its details,timetable,reception program musical score,& script.We check and ensure proper set-up of event site & execute on-site tasks.
ON THE DAY COORDINATION (1 month preparation)
This package was created for the client who wants to do it all herself, but just needs a bit of help toward the end. We will step in about one month before the big day and do the final walk-through of the venue with the client, and provide detailed event-day timelines. We will manage the event from start to finish, ensuring that the day run smoothly & all details are accounted for so that the client can sit back & truly enjoy their special day.
SERVICE & ADVISORY CONSULTATION
We offer our client consultation to personalize a package to meet their specific needs, distinctive style, and budget. We will happily meet you at any point in your planning stages even if those plans haven’t got off the ground yet. Together we will discuss your specific vision, personal style, expectations & how we can be of assistance to bring your concepts to reality. We have an excellent list of preferred vendors to accommodate your every need, archives and magazines with the latest trends. It includes vendor referrals, invitations, work sheets, stationeries & event design ideas.
EVENT STYLING and FLORAL DESIGN
We appreciate that each event tells a story. It could be true-to-life or conjured in a midsummer night's dream, but whatever the fairy-tale, it is still an expression of the client’s hopes and dreams. We are dedicated towards communicating your vision through the use of props, flowers, fabric, lighting and sound. It is only through the collaboration of all these elements, that an ordinary space can be transformed into an extraordinary place.
